"So I know that I'm not bodybuilder status, but you know what? I don't care! I'm just so happy with the progress I've made! And there's even more progress that the pictures and measurements don't show. . .
Like the fact that I couldn't even do two reps with the bar on bench press or do a single pushup, but now I an do 3 sets of 10 with 50 lb. on bench, and I can do 7 pushups! My dead lift and leg press are getting better too!
Let's not forget that I am freaking getting or an eating disorder! If I never took action and worked on it, I would still be bloated and unahppy like in those first pictures I sent you last summer. I remember putting on those compression shorts and having the elastic dig into my love handles, and now they don't! Just the fact that I decided to bare all in bikini bottoms and a sports bra shows how much more confident I am with my body.
Mentally, I am a stronger person than I was just 6 months ago. Don't get me wrong--I still have my bad days, but I don't let them definte me or take over my life like before.
I just wanna say a big 'Thank You' to all the motivation you give me through emails, Facebook, and Instagram. You are a frickin' awesome person, and I honestly have no idea where I would be right now if my sister had never introduced me to your Facebook page. I literally listen to everything you say on Facebook and Instagram. I pretty much try every recipe you post, and I'm even getting brave and creating my own! I used to hate carrots, but one day I bought a bag of baby carrots and ate two with every meal--now I can eat them and somewhat enjoy it, ha ha. I think I'll try celery next :/
Long story short, people do listen what you have to say and what you're doing is definitely not a waste of time :) Keep up the awesome work! Thanks!!"
