Edsel and Danielle Blast their way to Healthier Bodies!

Dear Body Buds,

I was fortunate enough to come in contact with Daneille and Edsel over four months ago when they decided to begin their nutrition training. They wanted to lose weight, feel better, and learn how to make a healthy lifestyle possible for them.

Over the course of 16 weeks, seeking to implement new habits and more balanced, strategic Power Foods meals into their busy lives, Danielle and Edsel began seeing changes in their bodies, but especially, how they were feeling.

"I have learned how to be a succesffully healthy person," Danielle said. "I have learned what to do to succeed. I have learned what my body needs to be the healthiest version of myself."

I thoroughly enjoyed my phone calls with these two driven individuals from week to week! As they came to me with questions, observations, and ideas for new strategies to overcome obstacles, I loved watching them grow progress in their understanding.

Edsel said he learned a lot about serving sizes and how to pay attention to what he was putting in his body. Danielle said she learned how to balance her meals in a strategic way and how to identify correct portion sizes.

Edsel lost a total of 5" and while his weight stayed the same, you can see how his body changed in 16 weeks. Wow!

Danielle lost a total of 18 pounds and 12.5"! Talk about an amazing change!

To anyone looking to change their lives and bodies, Edsel said, "Don't stop trying," and Danielle said, "Just take it one moment at a time... dont think you have failed if you give in... realize we are human and try again."

To Edsel and Danielle... I am so proud of you and all you have learned and accomplished. Keep setting those goals each wek and NEVER stop food prepping.
